Synopsis

This spin-off from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation hands the whole movie to the Griswolds' most unhinged relative. Eddie gets fired right at the holidays, so his rattled boss buys him off with an all-inclusive South Pacific trip. Naturally, the family never reaches the resort — a shipwreck strands them on a deserted island, where Eddie turns out to be the only one who can keep everyone alive.
