Synopsis
Jason and the Argonauts (2000), Season 1 is a mythological fantasy adventure you can watch online on iFILM — a two-part TV miniseries that folds the old Greek legend into a pair of feature-length episodes.
As a boy, Jason watches his uncle Pelias seize the throne and kill his father. Years later he comes back to claim what's his, and the tyrant sends him off to die on an impossible errand: sail to distant Colchis and bring home the Golden Fleece. Jason rounds up a ragtag crew, launches the Argo and points it toward waters no one returns from. Part one builds the road to the sea; part two throws the heroes straight into it — harpies, warrior priestesses, the wrath of the gods, and the cunning daughter of King Aeëtes, without whom the Fleece stays out of reach.

As a mere boy Jason, the heir to the kingdom of Ancient Greece, witnesses the murder of his father at the hands of his ruthless uncle, Pelias. After narrowly escaping death, Jason flees his home and returns twenty years later to reclaim the throne. Upon learning of his return, Pelias sentences him to death. To save his life, Jason promises to deliver the most converted gift of the gods to his uncle - the Golden Fleece. Joined by the Argonauts, a stout-hearted crew of sailors, he embarks on a perilous voyage to capture the Fleece and fulfill his destiny
