Synopsis

He proposed to her in a Ferris wheel cabin years ago. Now he wants to build a real one in their backyard, and the town of Conway has opinions about that. Parker brings Suzy in with restraint — no big speeches, just a woman who knows what her husband is doing and lets him do it. The film earns what it's going for.
