Synopsis
Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board (2007) is a Disney Channel family comedy you can watch online on iFILM. A teenage snowboarding champ from Vermont flies back to Oahu for his grandfather's wedding — and a few legendary waves.
A direct sequel to Johnny Tsunami, the film drops Johnny into a brand-new family, including a sulky 12-year-old "uncle," Chris, who hates the marriage and just wants to ride with a mountain-boarding crew run by the local bully. When grandpa and his new wife open a board shop, a rival owner sets out to run them off the beach.
Made for the Disney Channel, it stars Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa as the surf-legend grandfather, with early roles for Jake T. Austin and Rose McIver.
