Synopsis

At first Paul plays the perfect partner — attentive, generous, almost too good to be real. Then the jealousy starts. Elizabeth Röhm gives Grace a quiet stubbornness that turns to fear as Paul's temper curdles into a violent attack. She barely escapes, goes into hiding, and realizes that disappearing won't be enough. So she works with the police to put him away for good, knowing other women could be next.
The film draws on Ann Rule's true-crime collection Mortal Danger, and Antonio Cupo makes Paul unsettling precisely because he looks so safe. There's no supernatural menace here, just an ordinary man whose love sours into control — which is what gives the eighty-seven minutes their grip.
