Synopsis
Crash Course in Romance (일타 스캔들, 2023), Season 1 — a 16-episode Korean romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Haeng-seon runs a banchan shop; her daughter Hae-e is pushing for a spot in the most competitive math class in Seoul.
That class belongs to Choi Chi-yeol — a celebrity tutor who is used to admiration and very much not used to someone refusing to be impressed. He starts sneaking into Haeng-seon's shop for the food, then for reasons he can't quite name. Around them: exam-obsessed parents playing dirty, a rival student tracking Hae-e's every move, and a scheme that throws the academy into chaos well before the season is out. When Chi-yeol and Haeng-seon's connection gets out, both of them have to decide what they are willing to lose.
