Synopsis
The Priests (2015) is a South Korean horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. It marks the feature debut of Jang Jae-hyun, who would later direct the box-office hit Exhuma.
Father Kim is convinced a demon has taken hold of a comatose schoolgirl, and the hospitals have run out of answers. For the exorcism he recruits Deacon Choi, a young seminarian still haunted by what happened to his sister years ago. To save the girl, Choi has to face that guilt first — leave it open, and the demon finds its way in. Kim Yoon-seok and Kang Dong-won play the wary veteran and the green recruit, while Jang shoots the rite like a procedural rather than a jump-scare reel. A solid entry point into Korean horror.
