Synopsis
Mr Malcolm's List (2022) is a witty British period romance you can watch online on iFILM. In Regency-era London high society, the city's most sought-after bachelor, Mr. Malcolm, vets every potential bride against a strict written list of requirements.
When Julia Thistlewaite fails one of his criteria and gets publicly jilted, she plots an elegant revenge: she talks her friend Selina Dalton into posing as Malcolm's flawless match, making him fall, then turning him down the way he turned on her. The trouble is the scheme works a little too well — Selina never planned on real feelings.
Emma Holly Jones's feature debut adapts Suzanne Allain's novel, with Sope Dirisu as Malcolm, Zawe Ashton as Julia and Freida Pinto as Selina, alongside Theo James and Oliver Jackson-Cohen.
