Synopsis
Star Trek: Prodigy (2021) is an animated sci-fi series set in the Trek universe — watch all episodes online on iFILM. Six young alien outcasts stumble upon an abandoned Starfleet vessel in the Delta Quadrant and fly it straight into the unknown, with zero idea what Starfleet actually is.
Their only guide is a holographic replica of Captain Janeway, voiced by Kate Mulgrew, who originally played the real Janeway across seven seasons of Voyager. The crew figures out warp cores, alien diplomacy, and first-contact protocols more or less on the fly. John Noble lends his voice to the main antagonist; Daveed Diggs rounds out the supporting cast. The show ran on Paramount+ and built a fanbase that spans longtime Trek devotees and first-time viewers alike.
