Synopsis

Shadow and Bone Season 1 — watch online on iFILM: eight-episode Netflix fantasy drama from 2021, adapted from Leigh Bardugo's Grishaverse novels. The world is split in two by the Fold, a pitch-black corridor crawling with monsters that tear apart anything that crosses it.

Alina Starkov is a young mapmaker with no idea what she carries. When her regiment is attacked inside the Fold, she releases an impossible burst of light — the power of a Sun Summoner, thought to be a myth. General Kirigan brings her to the Little Palace to train among the Grisha and, maybe, to use her gift to destroy the Fold once and for all. Across the sea in Ketterdam, a crew of thieves called the Crows is running a separate scheme that circles closer to Alina with every episode.
