Synopsis
Midnight at the Pera Palace Season 2 (2024) is ready to watch online on iFILM — eight more episodes of the Turkish time-travel mystery set in the old Istanbul hotel. This time the doorway drops Esra into 1941 rather than 1919.
The season turns personal. Esra goes looking for her birth mother, and that hunt keeps yanking her between decades while an unwanted guest surfaces at the present-day Pera Palace. Her reunion with Halit brings less relief than doubt about what he is really capable of. She takes a job under a borrowed name, traces the fate of Halime's missing baby, finds an incriminating letter in a coat pocket, and learns that every trip costs her — one return to 1941 reveals she has been gone far longer than she thought.
The Second World War raises the danger of the forties and pushes the stakes past anything in season one. Hazal Kaya again runs the story across two timelines at once.
