Synopsis
A Man on the Inside (2024), Season 1 — watch online on iFILM: a crime comedy starring Ted Danson, eight episodes about a widowed professor handed the strangest second act imaginable.
A private investigator named Julie hires Charles for an odd job — go undercover inside the Pacific View retirement home and find out who's stealing from the residents. The retired lecturer becomes a rookie mole. He works the happy-hour crowd with real charm, builds a suspect list, fumbles his cover more than once, and grows far too fond of the people he's supposed to be watching. The case soon takes a back seat; across these eight episodes the show cares more about loneliness, friendship and getting old than about missing trinkets.
