Jang Geu-rae spent his whole childhood on baduk — the board game that rewards reading your opponent several moves ahead. He never made it as a professional. Now he's an intern at a major trading firm, brought in on a favor, no university degree on his résumé. His colleagues from top schools barely register him. His supervisor, senior manager Oh Sang-sik played by Lee Sung-min, has enough battles of his own.
