Synopsis
Surviving Summer (2022), Season 1 is a Netflix teen drama you can watch online on iFILM — ten episodes set on Australia's Great Ocean Road. Brooklyn troublemaker Summer Torres gets shipped off to sleepy Shorehaven after one expulsion too many.
She plans to bolt. The waves and the locals have other ideas. There's Ari, a young surfer clawing his way back from a serious injury; his rival Marlon; ambitious Bodhi chasing a first sponsor; and guarded Poppy, who paddles out with her late mother in mind. Over the season the crew moves from petty beach drama to real contests, qualifying heats and friendships that fray every time someone hits the water — all while Summer's stay hangs by a thread.
