Synopsis
Dragons: The Nine Realms (2021), Season 1 is an animated adventure you can watch online on iFILM — six episodes set 1,300 years after How to Train Your Dragon, when dragons survive only as legend.
A geological anomaly splits the Earth open with a fissure miles deep, and scientists from everywhere converge on the site. It's their kids — a band of misfits dragged along by their parents — who climb down and find a hidden world of dragons waiting at the bottom. Teenager Tom bonds with the first one, then Jun, D'Angelo and Alex each find a dragon of their own. The real challenge this season isn't a battle; it's keeping quiet, hiding the discovery from the adults and the research facility's cameras. By the finale a calm bit of exploring turns into a rescue when a far bigger predator closes in.
