Synopsis
Love in Winterland (2020) is a holiday romance you can watch online on iFILM. Ally has made it to the final round of a televised dating show, and the cameras follow her back to her snowy hometown for a date broadcast to the whole country.
Waiting there isn't a producer's script, though — it's Gary, the high school sweetheart things once ended with. Between the Christmas market, the hot cocoa and the smile-for-the-crew moments, Ally has to work out what she actually wants: winning the show, or the thing that never made it on air. Italia Ricci and Chad Michael Murray play that tug-of-war lightly, without overdoing it. Director Pat Williams keeps it to a brisk 85 minutes.
This is a classic Hallmark-style holiday picture: snow, a small town, a second chance. Don't expect plot surprises, and you won't miss them — it's cozy, blanket-and-fairy-lights viewing.
