Synopsis
Sin hijos (No Kids, 2015) — watch online on iFILM. Argentine director Ariel Winograd's romantic comedy follows Gabriel, a divorced dad whose eight-year-old daughter is the centre of his life. He's not looking for anyone new — until Vicky reappears: a long-ago crush, now confident and independent, with one firm condition: she will not be with a man who has children.
Gabriel panics and says he has none. What follows is a comedy of concealment — cancelled plans, improvised excuses and a daughter who has a talent for showing up at the worst possible moment. Diego Peretti and Maribel Verdú make the pairing feel easy, which is what the film needs to keep the deception from souring.
