Synopsis

Thomas's club. A girl on drugs goes over the balcony railing. That is how Season 4 opens. Naomi cheated on Emily, who now has to decide whether forgiveness is available. Cook is in custody, arguing with his lawyer about a guilty plea he refuses to sign. Katie's family is out of money and out of their house. Effy's psychiatrist has an interest in her that stopped being professional a while ago. Freddie is not where he should be.
