Synopsis

Chin, a small-time drifter, comes home to the border town he grew up in and finds it thoroughly overrun. Corrupt cops are on the run with stolen cash. A mounted gang — including a pair of American mercenary cowboys — has its sights on the Shanghai express, where a treasure map is supposedly being carried. When the train pulls in loaded with officials, merchants, and gamblers, every faction in the county ends up on the same platform.
Sammo Hung ran this as an ensemble showcase: nearly every notable Hong Kong action name of the mid-80s passes through a scene.
