Synopsis

Ragnarok (2020), Season 1 — a Norwegian-language Netflix fantasy drama, six episodes, watch online on iFILM. Magne returns to the small town of Edda after years away. The place is slowly breaking: glaciers shrinking, locals leaving, and the Jutul family running everything from the factory to the school.

Then Magne throws a hammer over five hundred meters and starts to understand what that means. The death of his classmate Isolde — an eco-activist tracking mercury in the fjord — turns his strange new strength into a purpose. The Jutuls are not just industrialists, and what is poisoning Edda goes back much further than any corporate filing.

Six episodes that layer Norse mythology over a contemporary eco-thriller without letting either side feel decorative. Adam Price created this as Netflix's first Norwegian original, and the combination of environmental dread and ancient power games makes the first season the sharpest of the run.
