Synopsis
Blood Monkey (2007) is an adventure horror film from director Robert Young that you can watch online on iFILM. Six American grad students fly out to the tropics for fieldwork under a famous professor, only to land in a very different expedition than the one they signed up for.
At a camp deep in the rainforest, the only people waiting are the scientist himself (F. Murray Abraham) and his hard-edged assistant. The rest of the team has simply vanished, and nobody will explain why. It doesn't take long for the students to realize the obsessed professor means to use them as bait, luring out the rare and lethal creatures he's staked his whole reputation on finding. Abraham, the Oscar winner from Amadeus, lends real weight to this modest creature feature.
