Synopsis
Guglhupfgeschwader (2022) is a Bavarian crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Franz Eberhofer, the most laid-back village cop in Germany, is marking ten years on the force while his family slides toward bankruptcy. Their bright idea: win the lottery.
It goes sideways fast. The shop selling the tickets blows up, the owner dies, and Franz ends up babysitting her shady son. Pulling on that thread drags the sleepy policeman into an organized crime racket with roots reaching all the way into the Czech Republic. Sebastian Bezzel plays Eberhofer with a deadpan so flat it becomes the joke.
