Synopsis
HAIKYU!! The Dumpster Battle (2024) is available to watch online on iFILM — the theatrical anime film from Production I.G, directed by Susumu Mitsunaka and based on Haruichi Furudate's long-running manga. Karasuno and Nekoma finally face off in the tournament match their rivalry has been building toward for years.
Hinata and Kageyama have their quick-attack combination down to muscle memory, but Nekoma's libero Kozume has been studying their patterns just as long. Every point is fought in inches. The film runs at 84 minutes and spends almost all of it on the court — there's no filler arc, no detour. Voiced by Ayumu Murase (Hinata) and Kaito Ishikawa (Kageyama), it's exactly what fans of the Haikyu!! series have been waiting for, and tight enough to work as a standalone sports film.
