Mercenaries

Mercenaries (2014) is Christopher Ray's no-frills action film, and you can watch it online on iFILM. When a female diplomat is seized in a war zone and locked inside a fortified women's prison, a standard rescue squad won't cut it.

So the brass recruits four women with criminal records, each promised a clean slate if she breaks in and brings the prisoner out. They don't trust each other an inch, but every one of them can fight. The Asylum stacked the cast with genre icons — Zoë Bell, Kristanna Loken, Vivica A. Fox, Brigitte Nielsen and Cynthia Rothrock — pitching the whole thing as an all-female answer to The Expendables. The budget is lean, the staging is blunt, the dialogue makes no promises. But if you came strictly for brawls, gunfights and ninety minutes of throwback action, that's exactly what it hands you.
