Synopsis
Basket Case 2 (1990) is Frank Henenlotter's gleefully twisted horror-comedy sequel, free to watch online for fans of latex creatures and gore played for laughs. Duane Bradley and his deformed conjoined brother Belial survived the first film's fall and bust out of the hospital where police were guarding them.
A mysterious woman named Granny Ruth takes the pair to her sprawling house, a sanctuary for "unique individuals" — mutants of every shape stitched together by practical effects. For once Duane doesn't have to hide Belial in a wicker basket. The calm doesn't last. A tabloid reporter is closing in, and Granny Ruth has her own use for her new houseguests. Kevin Van Hentenryck returns as Duane, pulled between wanting a normal life and loyalty to the brother the world calls a freak.
