Brain Damage
It's a Headache from Hell.
Synopsis
Brain Damage (1988) is Frank Henenlotter's gleefully deranged horror-comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Shot in the US on a shoestring budget, the film introduces Aylmer — a smooth-talking, centuries-old parasite who secretes a liquid that floods the brain with bliss, making every hit better than anything a dealer could offer.
Young Brian wakes up weak, disoriented, and inexplicably euphoric, with no idea that something has latched onto the back of his neck. The arrangement Aylmer proposes is simple: pleasure in exchange for access. Fresh brains. Henenlotter plays the drug-addiction allegory dead straight while the movie itself goes completely off the rails — bodies pile up, neon hallucinations bloom, and Brian's grip on ordinary life dissolves fast. It is nasty, funny, and more pointed than it looks. Stream Brain Damage online on iFILM if you like your horror served with a dark punchline.
