Synopsis
Wake Up Sid (2009) is an Indian coming-of-age drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Ayan Mukerji in his feature debut. Ranbir Kapoor plays Sid Mehra, a pampered Mumbai college student who fails his exams, loses his allowance, and still can't find a reason to try harder.
Everything shifts when he meets Aisha, a writer from Kolkata who moved to the city alone and is figuring it out one day at a time. Konkona Sen Sharma plays her as someone quietly confident — the kind of person who doesn't need saving but might offer a hand anyway. Sid has never been around anyone like that.
