Synopsis
The Beyond (2018) is a British science fiction film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Hasraf Dulull. Set in 2019, it follows a space agency that dispatches a crew of cybernetically augmented astronauts through a wormhole — dubbed the Void — discovered near Earth.
The mission returns far sooner than anyone expected. What the crew found on the other side is what the film slowly pieces together through interviews, agency footage and debrief recordings. Dulull leans into a found-footage, documentary-style approach that trades spectacle for unease: this is less about what's out there and more about what comes back with the astronauts.
