Synopsis

Dominic Matei is an aging linguistics professor who has spent his life searching for the origin of human language — and who feels he has run out of time. A lightning strike changes everything. He wakes up decades younger, his mind sharpened to an almost impossible degree. The Nazis take notice. Dominic goes into hiding, adopts a new identity, and eventually meets a young woman (Alexandra Maria Lara) whose connection to him seems written into something older than coincidence.
