Synopsis
A Radiant Girl (Une jeune fille qui va bien, 2022) is a French drama you can watch online on iFILM. Paris, the summer of 1942. Irène is nineteen, head over heels for the theatre, for her friends, for being alive, and she is preparing to audition for acting school.
She laughs, rehearses, runs to dates, and barely notices how the air keeps thinning around a Jewish family in an occupied city. We see what she does not: her carefree summer has an expiry date. That quiet gap between her joy and our knowledge is what carries the whole film.
