Synopsis
The Estate (2022) is a black comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Dean Craig, who wrote Death at a Funeral, sets relatives at each other's throats over money once again. Wealthy Aunt Hilda is terminally ill, and the vultures are circling.
Broke divorcee Macey and her flighty sister Savanna head out to Hilda's country mansion with one goal: get written into the will. Trouble is, the rest of the greedy family had the exact same plan, and what follows is a no-rules scramble for the inheritance. Toni Collette and Anna Faris play the sisters, Kathleen Turner is the impossible old woman, with David Duchovny and Rosemarie DeWitt rounding things out. Ninety minutes of sabotage, flattery and backstabbing.
