Forced to help prepare for a wedding between her beloved and her sister, a heartbroken Tita throws her emotions into the cake, sparking Nacha’s memories of her own tragic love story with Miguel. Meanwhile, as trouble brews between his father and his friend Juan, Pedro chooses a side.

As the rebels continue their rise, Pedro commits himself to the Revolution, while Gertrudis makes a surprising move of her own. Meanwhile, now living in the same house, Tita and Pedro attempt to steal moments together under Rosaura’s watchful eye.
