Synopsis
Preacher (2016), Season 1 — 10 episodes of occult Southern Gothic from AMC, watch online on iFILM. Jesse Custer returns to the West Texas town of Annville to pastor his dead father's church. He's not sure God has a plan for him. He's right to be suspicious.
Genesis arrives — the offspring of an angel and a demon — and fuses with Jesse, giving him the Word of God: one spoken command and anyone obeys, no exceptions. His ex-girlfriend Tulip reappears, dangerous and thoroughly done with Jesse's attempt at respectability. Cassidy, an Irish vampire who has kept himself alive since 1917 on charm and bad luck, becomes his unlikely best friend. Angels named Fiore and DeBlanc show up demanding Genesis back. Local meat magnate Quincannon accepts a bet he will regret. And Eugene — the boy everyone calls Arseface — ends up in hell, entirely by accident.
