2019: After the Fall of New York (1983) is an Italian post-apocalyptic action film you can watch online on iFILM. Two decades after the bombs fell, not a single child has been born — every woman on Earth has gone infertile.

The planet is split between the ruling Euraks and the rebel Federation, and the last fertile woman alive is locked somewhere inside occupied New York. A mercenary called Parsifal draws the job: slip into the ruined city of mutants and gangs, find her, and haul her out. What's at stake isn't money or turf, but whether the species gets a next generation at all.

Directed by Sergio Martino, a prolific name in Italian genre cinema, it's a scrappy low-budget epic — Mad Max leathers, rubble-strewn sets, and chases stitched together with real nerve.
