Udaan (2010) is an Indian drama you can watch online on iFILM, the debut feature from director Vikramaditya Motwane, produced by Anurag Kashyap.

After eight years locked inside a boarding school, Rohan is sent back to the steel-town of Jamshedpur. His father has the rest of his life already mapped out: the factory, an engineering degree, no detours. There is also a half-brother Rohan never knew existed. Ronit Roy plays the father without cartoonish menace — he is controlling and exhausting in the way real authority figures tend to be — and Rajat Barmecha holds the film as the son who wants something as simple as the right to choose his own direction.
