Synopsis

Thirteen-year-old Sonja arrives at a snow-covered village that has forgotten what light feels like. Years ago, Princess Goldhair vanished in the mountains while searching for the Christmas Star. Her grief-stricken father the King cursed the star itself, and the darkness has held ever since. Now Sonja sets out to find what the princess could not, crossing frozen Norwegian highlands against enemies who would rather the kingdom stay in shadow.
