Synopsis
Drive Thru (2007) is a tongue-in-cheek teen slasher you can watch online on iFILM. Something is killing the kids of a sleepy California town, and the culprit is Horny the Clown — the grinning mascot of a greasy fast-food joint called Hella Burger, swinging a cleaver straight out of the pickup window.
High-schooler Mackenzie (Leighton Meester) starts getting messages from the killer and realizes the victims aren't random — the trail leads back to a secret their own parents buried years ago. Nicholas D'Agosto and Penn Badgley round out her circle of friends, with Melora Hardin along for the ride. The gore is loud, the fast-food puns are louder, and the movie never pretends to take itself seriously. Look out for a cameo from Morgan Spurlock, the Super Size Me director who made his name on burger horror of a different kind. A cheap, gleeful throwback for fans of '80s trash.
