Synopsis

A year after the Miles County killings, the town wants to move on. High-schooler Sienna is sewing a costume from a sketch left by her late father, while her little brother Jonathan keeps digging into the clown's myth. Art has other plans, fresh weapons, and a long list. David Howard Thornton plays the killer without a single line of dialogue, working entirely through grins and gestures. Lauren LaVera turns Sienna from prey into a fighter who hits back hard.
Shot on a tiny budget, the film earned its reputation the hard way: some viewers reportedly fainted or got sick during early screenings.
