Hungerford

Hungerford (2014) is a British found-footage sci-fi horror you can watch online on iFILM. Student Cowen starts filming a documentary about his ordinary life in a quiet English town. The project turns into an invasion log once the locals begin acting very, very wrong.

One by one, the people of Hungerford change — blank stares, alien behaviour, as if something is steering them from the outside. Cowen and his friends are among the few still themselves, and they keep the camera rolling no matter what. Drew Casson shot this debut on a shoestring with a young crew, squeezing real dread out of the "we film everything" gimmick.
