Synopsis

Fresh out of prison, Connor (Robbie Amell) sweeps floors at a youth center and wants nothing to do with his old life. That changes when a corrupt cop puts a teenage girl in danger. To keep her alive, Connor strikes a deal with the one man he can't stand: a drug lord played opposite him by Stephen Amell, whose powers could crack the whole surveillance state wide open.
