Synopsis

Altan is a charming screw-up, broke and chased by everyone he owes. Nuri is the stiff, by-the-book pharmacist who has spent his life cleaning up his little brother's messes. After Altan lifts a stash of prescription drugs from Nuri's shop and tries to cheat the local mafia, the two have to disappear together. The road ahead is lined with people who want them dead — and, somehow, with the first real conversations these brothers have had in years.
