Synopsis
Mine de rien (2020) is a French feel-good comedy you can watch online on iFILM, perfect for an evening of warm, small-town cinema. In a coal region where every pit shut down years ago, two long-unemployed friends hatch a plan: turn the abandoned mine into a handmade amusement park.
They have no money and no clue, just stubbornness and an old shaft that still means something to the whole town. The more it grows, the clearer it gets — what they're really rebuilding is their own dignity.
Director Mathias Mlekuz keeps this gentle social comedy free of lectures, trading sermons for humour, heart and a very French sense of place.
