Synopsis
Open Season (Chasse gardée, 2023) is a French comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Simon and Adélaïde pack up their two-room Paris apartment and chase the dream: a house in the country, a real garden, fresh air and neighbours who actually wave hello.
The dream curdles fast. The woods behind their fence turn out to be a big-game hunting ground, and the welcoming locals have zero intention of giving up their territory. Hakim Jemili and Camille Lou play the couple's mounting horror with committed energy, while Didier Bourdon and Thierry Lhermitte embody the cheerful intransigence of lifelong hunters who simply cannot understand the problem.
