Ana

Ana (2020) is a Puerto Rican-American drama-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Charles McDougall and starring Dafne Keen alongside Andy Garcia.

Eleven-year-old Ana has nowhere to go after her mother lands in prison on fraud charges. She hides in one of Rafa's cars — Rafa being a used-car dealer already drowning in debt and about to drive across Puerto Rico chasing a last shot at keeping his business alive. She ends up in the passenger seat. Neither of them planned it that way.

Dafne Keen, known for Logan, carries the film from the opening scene without making it look effortful. Garcia plays Rafa as a man too proud to admit how badly things have gone, which makes every small moment between them land differently than a tidier road movie would allow.
