Synopsis

Raees (2017) is an Indian crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Rahul Dholakia and starring Shah Rukh Khan opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Set in the dry state of Gujarat in the early 1980s, the film follows Raees — a bootlegger who builds a criminal empire from the ground up. Sharp, ruthless, and well-connected, he runs the illegal liquor trade in a state where alcohol is banned. The one person he cannot outmanoeuvre is a police officer played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui, equally relentless and equally convinced he is on the right side of things.
