Synopsis
LelleBelle (2010) is a Dutch music drama by director Mischa Kamp — watch online on iFILM. Nineteen-year-old Belle (Anna Raadsveld) plays the violin with flawless technique and no feeling behind it.
She leaves her village for the city and runs into everything she was kept from. What she finds there turns out to have a direct line to her music — desire unlocks something in the bow, in the breath, in the way a phrase ends.
