She's out shooting photographs on the street one afternoon and accidentally captures her husband with a young woman, on a day he's supposed to be away on a work trip. Nina leaves with her son and starts over. The investigator's instinct she'd suppressed for years turns out to be exactly what she needs, because the affair is only the first layer of what she didn't know.
