Synopsis
"Ulterior Motives" (2025) is a Russian detective drama series to watch online on iFILM. Nina Pokrovskaya put a serial killer away years ago, then stepped back from the job — married a senior Interior Ministry officer, raised a son, let his career become the center of the household. That version of life was supposed to be permanent.
She's out shooting photographs on the street one afternoon and accidentally captures her husband with a young woman, on a day he's supposed to be away on a work trip. Nina leaves with her son and starts over. The investigator's instinct she'd suppressed for years turns out to be exactly what she needs, because the affair is only the first layer of what she didn't know.
