Synopsis
Shining Girls (2022), Season 1 is an eight-episode mystery thriller to watch online on iFILM. Kirby Mazrachi survived a vicious attack years ago, and ever since her reality rearranges itself without warning — a husband, a cat, a desk that quietly become someone else's.
The story starts moving when a recent murder carries the same signature as her own assault. Kirby brings the case to weathered reporter Dan Velazquez, and together they dig up a stack of cold files spread across decades, far too alike to be coincidence. The closer they get, the stranger it reads: their suspect, Harper, doesn't just kill. He seems to step through time, choosing "shining girls" and taking something from each. Kirby has to trust a memory that keeps sliding and argue for a truth she can barely hold onto herself.
