Synopsis

The rails keep moving. While Durant and Lily push the line further west, Bohannon throws in with a gang that robs trains, and that taste of freedom costs him more than revenge ever did. Bit by bit the railroad pulls him back, and his old job has to be earned in blood. Elam Ferguson reaches for a future in a town where his skin is still a sentence, and the Swede comes back an outcast, gathering the worst men around him. Everything bends toward the two-part finale, "Blood Moon," when the Cheyenne and the rolling town finally crash together.
